You will learn how to develop skills to design and manipulate regimens to work with healthy or symptomatic individuals, assess aspects that influence participation in exercise and physical activity and identify the tools to develop and manage health, fitness and wellness initiatives throughout the lifespan.

TU’s online health and wellness degree program provides an opportunity for students to become certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
