Improve the Lives of Others
Tiffin University’s health, fitness and wellness major places an emphasis on leadership, excellence and service to provide the basis necessary for improving the lives of others.
You will learn how to develop skills to design and manipulate regimens to work with healthy or symptomatic individuals, assess aspects that influence participation in exercise and physical activity and identify the tools to develop and manage health, fitness and wellness initiatives throughout the lifespan.
Your Health, Fitness & Wellness Program
As a student in this program, you’ll gain a competitive advantage through a required 150-hour internship which can take place in a variety of settings, such as health clubs, corporate wellness, community health facilities and health care facilities.
Online: Two 7-week terms per semester starting in January, March, May, July, August and October

Learn how to design regimens, how to influence exercise and physical activities and how to manage changing health throughout the stages of life – and then you can pass that knowledge on, to improve the lives of others.
DEGREE COMPLETION TIME
The time to complete one’s degree is dependent on the number of hours transferring in. Tiffin University strives to transfer in as much transfer credit for students as possible. With this said, in order for credit to transfer, one must have earned a “C” or better in the course.
