What made you decide to pursue your degree as an adult?
I decided to pursue my degree for the opportunity to expand my knowledge while working, with many key principles and learning outcomes correlating to my day-to-day operations.
Why did you choose to study at Tiffin University?
Completing my undergraduate at Tiffin University was highly rewarding and the opportunity to further my education at Tiffin was an easy choice.
What has been your experience with the program so far?
Going to back to school while working full-time was an anxious experience but with my previous knowledge of how the program would operate online, it definitely made the transition easy.
How has your experience been with your cohort and faculty?
Overall, the interaction during class discussions have been highly rewarding with the use of technology being utilized to allow for open discussion no matter the time zone we may be in.
How are you juggling work, life, and going back to school? Any tips?
My advice would be to plan ahead, allow time and work toward the end date based on your own current schedule. You will definitely need to sacrifice some time to fit it in but at the end of the day it is a rewarding experience.
What keeps you motivated to stay in the program?
The biggest motivation is the ability to keep learning. The learning outcomes along with course topics are highly rewarding and do have a massive overlap with my day-to-day role which definitely keeps me motivated throughout each course.
What advice would you give to a prospective student who is thinking about going back to school?
Give it a go! The ability to go fully online, along with the options of full-time or part-time, provide you with the unique opportunity to see what fits your schedule, with the chance to broaden and expand your knowledge.

Going back to school, working full-time, along with juggling general life with study is challenging, but as I come to the end of my master’s studies, it has been a highly rewarding experience.
