Student Spotlight: James N., MS in Criminal Justice

“My professors are so good. They understand what they are telling you. It’s out of experience. It’s not from a theoretical point of view. If I email a professor, he or she is ready to answer me any time, any day.“
– James N., MS in Criminal Justice Student

“Everything is connected to running. Tiffin University has a great athletic program, great coaches and great facilities.

When I run I think about a lot of things. Most of the time I do think about my family, my friends. They would like me to get a good life. Everyone has been supportive.

My name is James Ngandu and I’m studying Forensic Psychology at Tiffin University. When I found out Tiffin University is offering Forensic Psychology, I thought, that is my area. The program is very flexible. My professors are so good. They understand what they are telling you. It’s out of experience. It’s not from a theoretical point of view. If I email a professor, he or she is ready to answer me any time, any day.

It’s how you take it. If you take it as small, you are going to be small. If you take it as big, you are going to be big. And you’re going to broaden your chances. I feel like I’m supposed to be here.”
