What made you decide to pursue your degree as an adult?
It has always been a goal of mine and when I had my son it gave me motivation to get my education.
Why did you choose to study at Tiffin University?
I chose Tiffin University for the convenience. There was a fast track program offered by Tiffin University and it had class at Terra State Community College and I worked there and live in Fremont. So, I thought it would work out great since I worked full-time and it was close to home.
What has been your experience with the program so far? What has your experience been with the teaching staff in the program?
I thought the program was great and graduated, then started my graduate program. I am enjoying the program so far and is very convenient.
What keeps you motivated to stay in the program?
Knowing that I will be finished with my masters in May of 2020.
What advice would you give to a prospective student who is thinking about going back to school?
That it is never too late. I never thought about a masters degree and I am halfway done.
TU’s motto is: Without risk there is no gain. Can you tell us about a time when you took a risk and what you gained from it?
I took a risk of moving back to Fremont after living in Columbus, Ohio for 20 years and now I have graduated with an associates and a bachelors and almost finished with a masters degree.
