The Bureau of Labor Statistics says jobs such as health coaches, fitness trainers, corporate wellness coordinators and public health educators are on the rise and will keep growing for at least the next six years. The best place to start is Tiffin University. We just introduced a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Health, Fitness & Wellness degree program, where you’ll learn to plan a healthy lifestyle, influence people’s exercise and physical activities and help them manage their changing health through all stages of life. Most of the program is online, but you’ll also get a taste of real life. A 150-hour internship, which could take place in a health club, corporate wellness office, community health facility or healthcare facility, is required.
We know most TU students have a lot going on in their lives, so we let you choose from program start dates throughout the year. The BA in Health, Fitness & Wellness degree program consists of two, seven-week terms per semester starting in January, March, May, July, August and October. We accept transfer credit from regionally accredited institutions and there are no application fees.
