Graduate Students

We welcome graduate transfer students here at Tiffin University! As a transfer friendly institution, we want to assure you that Tiffin University is here to support you during your transition to TU.
Our admissions representatives and academic advisors are ready to assist to ensure you don’t miss a beat on your way to completing your Masters. In addition, our athletic coaches are ready to assist to help you stay engaged both academically and athletically at Tiffin University.
Graduate Transfer Policy
Students are able to transfer up to 1/3 of the required credits for the degree they are pursuing into a graduate program at Tiffin University.
Transfer Requirements:
- To be eligible, courses must be graduate level (500+)
- A grade of B or better was earned in the course
- Must be found to closely mirror a required course in the program via a syllabus evaluation by the program director
- Transfer students seeking admission will be required to submit official copies of previous college transcripts, for any course where credit is approved
- Transferable credits must be earned from regionally accredited institutions of higher education.
Ph.D. Transfer Policy
Students are able to transfer up to 12 doctoral level credits into the Ph.D. program in Global Leadership and Change.
Transfer Requirements:
- To be eligible, courses must be doctoral level (700+)
- A grade of B or better was earned in the course
- Must be found to closely mirror a required course in the program via a syllabus evaluation by the program director
- Transfer students seeking admission will be required to submit official copies of previous college transcripts, for any course where credit is approved
- Transferable credits must be earned from regionally accredited institutions of higher education.
