Ali Saracusa, M.B.A.

Since joining Tiffin University in 2011, I’ve had the chance to work in just about every corner of campus life—from athletics to admissions to enrollment and student success. Today, as Executive Director of Recruitment Strategy, I get to lead an incredible team focused on helping TU grow across all of our program areas, including online, campus-based, graduate, and doctoral programs.

I love the work we do because it’s all about people. My team partners with academic leaders, community college partners, and corporate collaborators to build strong pipelines and create a smooth, supportive experience for every prospective student. We put a lot of energy into making sure our communication and marketing truly meet students where they are, whether they’re a first-time freshman, a transfer student, or an adult learner returning to school with big goals.

Over the years, I’ve held roles as an admissions counselor, academic advisor, associate director, and director. Seeing the student journey from so many angles has shaped how I approach recruitment—focusing on clear strategy, collaboration, process improvement, and communication that actually connects with people.

Outside of TU, I’m a mom to three amazing kids, a passionate gardener, and an animal lover.
