She talks about TU’s smooth onboarding, helpful admissions staff and professors who go out of their way to support online students, including offering letters of recommendation. She also shares how every student’s path at TU is unique and how, even though earning an MBA is challenging, it is worth it in the end.

My name is Olivia Webb, and I am in the Strategic Brand and Digital Marketing master’s program at Tiffin University.
I always knew that pursuing an MBA was part of my path. I have a really strong passion for small business marketing and consulting, and I knew that having a little bit more experience on the back end of that was going to help potential clients see that I am solid for this career.
I didn’t think going back to school was going to be something I would be excited about, but as soon as I started in the program, the onboarding and talking to Jeremy in admissions, it was really easy, and it got me excited for the next step.
One of my classes, I had a professor reach out to me, offering to write me a letter of recommendation if I ever needed one. So it was really nice knowing that even though I’m not face-to-face with them, they are still looking out for their students.
Every single student has a different experience. A lot of people have gotten their master’s degree at Tiffin; not a single person’s story is the same. So it is just a really unique experience.
It’s going to be hard, but at the end of the day, when you can say you have an MBA behind your name, it’s just going to feel incredible.
