Your Human Resources Program

It will prepare you to optimize the opportunities and meet the challenges of developing and managing a 21st-century workforce.

Human resource management is a dynamic discipline, vital to every company with employees. As a graduate of this program, you will be equipped to acquire, train, appraise, reward and ensure fair treatment of employees, whether you pursue a career with a Fortune 500 company or a small business.


Online: Two terms per semester starting in January, March, May, July, August and October

On Campus: 15-week semester starting in January and August

The time to complete one’s degree is dependent on the number of hours transferring in. Tiffin University strives to transfer in as much transfer credit for students as possible. With this said, in order for credit to transfer, one must have earned a “C” or better in the course.
