Life has given me many positive educational experiences that allowed me to develop and foster my love of lifelong learning. From playing school in my childhood home, to my career as an elementary school teacher, education is a passion for me. I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University in 2015. Following several years of teaching, I was seeking to further my own education.
That desire brought me here to Tiffin University, where I obtained my Master’s of Education in Higher Education Administration. This is when my passion turned into a career path! I am now in a position where I can help individuals find the same educational success that I found here at Tiffin. It’s true, “if you love what you do; you will never work a day in your life”. Helping students navigate the successes and stressors of enrolling in a program is truly motivating for me. Additionally, I know that the quality education that you will receive at Tiffin will open many doors, as it did for me. I am excited for this opportunity as an admission counselor, and I can’t wait to see what journey Tiffin University helps you discover!
Lifelong learning doesn’t stop with a degree either. It’s my personal philosophy that one should always lean into new interests, new hobbies, and new ways to expand or challenge their thinking. For me personally, that comes in the form of reading, exploring, and creating. What ways are you looking to discover your passion? Whether you are ready to lean in or leap in, Tiffin University has a pathway for you!
