light shining into prison cell

Thank goodness for law enforcement and criminal justice professionals who help keep us safe. But what if we had a better understanding of criminal behavior? Maybe we could prevent crimes before they happen.

That’s the idea behind Tiffin University’s new Bachelor of Criminal Justice in Criminal Behavior degree. This online-only program teaches about the psychological causes of crime and the ways to manage them, including crisis intervention, counseling, personality assessment and research. It emphasizes the latest perspectives on offender reentry, population management, offender motivation and policy—all with the goal of making the world a safer and better place.

The professors teaching this program have real-world experience dealing with criminal behavior. Their unique perspectives will be great additions to the skills and knowledge you gain from the criminal justice core curriculum.

Diving into what makes criminals tick isn’t for everybody, but if you’re up to the challenge, find out more. TU has classes starting in January, March, May, July, August and October, we accept transfer credits from regionally accredited institutions and there are no application fees.
